3.1 To book our services, you must complete the booking form on our website.
3.2 A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking. DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE
3.3 Lash Removal Policy for New Clients
We requires all new clients with existing lash extensions from another technician to book a lash removal service prior to booking a new set of lash extensions.
We understand that you may love your current lashes, but for the health and integrity of your natural lashes, it is essential to remove them before applying a new set. This policy ensures the longevity and safety of your lashes, and allows our lash technicians to provide you with the best possible service.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the inability to book a new set of lash extensions with us.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment you need to give notice of 72 hours notice in order to change your booking to another day using the same deposit.
4.2 Cancellation by Us:
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. If we cancel your booking, you will receive a FULL REFUND of your deposit.
4.3 Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation notice.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
5. Payments
5.1 Full payment for the services is required on the day of the event.
5.2 We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
6. Liability
6.1 Gemmini Faces Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
6.2 Our liability to you in connection with any service will not exceed the total price charged for the service.
